Why we do this
Summers here
have changed.
Homes have not.
This summer was the hottest the UK has recorded. Fifty-four Met Office weather stations broke their all-time daily maximum, and by early August there had been thirty-three days when the temperature passed 30°C somewhere in the country — one short of the record set in 1995. Most homes here were built to hold heat in, and they do it well.
Message us on WhatsAppHow we work
One process, from your first message to your tenth year
Demand has grown faster than this trade has, so we spent that time taking the waiting out of it.
- 01
One thread
WhatsApp, email or phone, all in one place. You never repeat yourself to a new person.
- 02
One record
Loads, equipment, positions, routes and electrics are written down once. The team who fit it work from the same document.
- 03
One price
Equipment, installation and making good, agreed before anything is ordered.
- 04
One date
You get a day, not a window. Up to three indoor units takes one day on site, and four to six takes two.
- 05
One number afterwards
We service what we fit, so there is nobody else to find in year three.
What you are getting
Three things worth checking before anyone touches your home
Qualified, and checkable
Our engineers are F-Gas registered and our refrigerant handling is REFCOM certified. Both are legal requirements for this work.
Lifetime guarantee on pipework and insulation
Six on the equipment, and the first year's service is included. We do the servicing ourselves.
Your home while we are in it
Dust sheets go down before anything starts. Chases are filled, surfaces made good, and the room is left clean — it is written into your quotation rather than promised in a sentence.
What people ask us
Four questions worth asking anyone
Ask us these, and ask whoever else you are speaking to.
- 01
How long does it take?
Up to three indoor units is one day on site. Four to six is two days. You get a date when you accept the quotation, not a window to wait in.
- 02
What does making good actually mean?
Chases filled, trunking or boxing where it is needed, and surfaces made good. What will be visible is agreed with you before anything starts, and it is written into your quotation.
- 03
Do I need planning permission?
Usually not. Since 2025 most domestic systems that heat as well as cool fall under permitted development. It depends on the unit, where it goes and the building, so we check yours against your address.
- 04
What happens if something goes wrong in year five?
You call us. You have a lifetime guarantee on pipework and insulation and six years on the equipment, and every installation is documented — what was fitted, where the pipework runs, what it is set to — so we already know your system instead of starting again.
